It’s built on the same platform as Yale’s award-winning Assure Lock 2 residential line, so the mechanism and app experience are already proven at scale. For property managers, that translates into centralized control: up to 500 unique codes can be issued and scheduled — permanent for staff, temporary for a maintenance visit or a mover’s afternoon — and revoked the moment they’re no longer needed. DoorSense® confirms whether a door is actually closed, not just latched, and Auto-Lock keeps doors secured without anyone remembering to check. A tamper-proof, pick-resistant cylinder with a forced-removal alarm handles the security side, while remote lock/unlock lets staff manage a door from the leasing office or off-site entirely.

Connectivity is modular rather than fixed — properties can choose a Z-Wave (800 series), Zigbee, or Wi-Fi smart module depending on what system they already run, and swap it later if that changes. On the code side, it meets Single Action Egress requirements for multifamily exit doors, carries ANSI/BHMA grading, and is available with fire ratings between 90 and 190 minutes depending on the model.
